What is the software maintenance plan?

~sedna Software Maintenance ensures that you and your team can keep your ~sedna presenter instances up to date.
Within the maintenance plan you are always able to upgrade your license to the latest important product update, version upgrade or release with new features.
You will also get prioritised technical email support and you will have access to new premium features.

The subscription for the Software Maintenance plan is acknowledged with the purchase order for a ~sedna presenter license.
It has a term of 12 months and thereafter will renew automatically a further term of 12 months each,
unless notice of termination is given at least 30 days before the pertinent term expires.
Upon elongation we will charge 20% of the regular license price as an annually maintenance fee.

We'll send you an email notification before the automatic renewal that you can reply to if you decided to terminate the Software Maintenance plan.
If you like to renew the software maintenance plan you have to do nothing. We will send you an invoice with the renewal.
